Terms of use
The working agreement behind every AssignTech Solutions brief.
By using assigntechsolutions.com or sending a brief you agree to these terms. Quotes are valid for seven days unless a message says otherwise. A project starts when you accept the plan and any stated payment step.
Academic materials
Assignment, report, thesis, and dissertation deliverables are supplied as learning and reference materials. You are responsible for how you use them and for meeting your institution’s academic integrity rules. We do not sit exams or vivas. We may refuse a brief that asks us to impersonate a student or to bypass assessment conditions.
Digital work
After final payment, website and software deliverables are licensed to you for the agreed use. We do not claim your brand content. Third-party tools (hosting, fonts, payment gateways) remain under their own licences. You are responsible for keeping access credentials safe after handover.
Revisions and delays
Fair revisions cover the original brief, not new scope. If you change the question, add features, or send new data after the plan is agreed, we will requote. If a date slips on our side, we escalate a senior editor or engineer at no extra fee. If you delay files or feedback, delivery dates move by the same amount.
Liability
We take care with briefs, but we are not liable for lost marks, lost business, or hosting outages outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law. For paid projects, have counsel review a contract if you need terms beyond this page.
