Specific beats clever
“We deliver excellence” tells a visitor nothing. “We reply to briefs within the hour and review every draft before you see it” is a claim someone can test. Good website copy names the service, the audience, the location or sector, and the next step. Headlines should be readable on a phone without a second line of poetry.
One page, one job
The home page orients. A service page explains scope, proof, and how to start. About should be a studio, not a slogan. Contact should repeat phone, email, hours, and a form. When those jobs mix, visitors bounce. We write on-page copy with that map, then add meta titles and descriptions so search results match the page.
Voice notes before paragraphs
Before drafting, we capture words the client actually uses with customers. We avoid empty intensifiers and unsupported statistics. If a claim cannot be evidenced, we cut it. Revision rounds exist so the page sounds like the company after the first draft, not like the writer.
What content writing includes here
AssignTech Solutions delivers brand voice notes, SEO-ready drafts, on-page copy, and fair revisions. Timing starts from about three days for a focused set of pages. Longer guides and campaign copy are scoped separately so the homepage does not wait on a 3,000-word article.
