How we review work before you see it

A second pair of eyes is not a slogan. Here is the checklist writers and engineers use before a file leaves the studio.

The brief is the contract

Review starts by re-reading the agreed scope: service, deadline, level, length, and what “done” looks like. If the draft answers a different question, it fails review even if the prose is smooth. We would rather delay a delivery than send the wrong artefact.

Academic review

For study materials we check structure against the brief, referencing consistency, and whether comments would help you defend the argument. Packages include a similarity summary so you can see how the draft was built. You remain responsible for submission. We do not sit exams.

Digital review

For websites and software we check the happy path, empty states, mobile layout, and basic SEO hooks. We look for broken forms, missing alt text on key images, and pages that only work on a wide monitor. Launch support exists because a local demo is not the same as a live domain.

Revisions stay inside the original brief

Fair revisions mean we refine against what you signed off — not a new product. If the scope changes, we say so and requote. That is how on-time delivery stays honest. If a date slips on our side, we escalate a senior editor or engineer at no extra fee.
